1. The role of TablaoTickets
TablaoTickets, operated by Pavani Vicente, is a platform for promoting and booking flamenco shows. The show is organised and provided by the relevant tablao, which is responsible for its content and running.
2. Booking and payment
Bookings are made through the TuriTop module on the tablao’s page, or directly with our team (WhatsApp or e-mail). Prices are shown in euros, VAT included. A booking is confirmed once payment is accepted and the confirmation e-mail is sent.
3. Cancellation and right of withdrawal
Under Article 103(l) of the Spanish consolidated General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services booked for a specific date. Each tablao’s own cancellation terms (for example, free cancellation up to 24 hours before) are shown before payment and apply.
4. Changes or cancellation by the tablao
If a show is cancelled by the tablao, you will be refunded or may choose another date. The programme and artists may change without giving rise to a refund.
5. Admission
Show your confirmation at the entrance. We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early. Late arrival may result in the loss of your seat without refund.
6. Complaints
For any complaint, write to info@tablaotickets.com. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available on request.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory rights the consumer enjoys in their country of residence.
