- Contact and partner forms: name, e-mail, phone and message, to answer your request. The form opens your own e-mail app: no data is stored on this website.
- Bookings: handled by TuriTop (Turitop S.L.), which collects the data needed for the booking and payment. We receive the booking data needed to manage your ticket.
- WhatsApp: if you write to us on WhatsApp, your number and messages are processed by WhatsApp/Meta under its own policy.
3. Legal basis
Your consent (forms), the performance of a contract (bookings) and our legal obligations (invoicing).
4. Retention
For as long as needed to handle your request, then for the legally required periods (tax and accounting obligations).
5. Recipients
The tablao you booked, TuriTop (booking and payment platform) and technical hosting providers. We never sell data to third parties.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@tablaotickets.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
